With over two decades of leading and building business development organizations, Raj Kolhe offers a unique blend of leadership, vision, and flawless execution experience.  Raj is a co-founder and CEO of a health tech company, CardioCognetics, that uses artificial intelligence to monitor heart health.  

Prior to founding the company, Raj spent more than a decade at Oracle, where he headed Value Engineering for Oracle’s Retail Industry Solutions.  His team was responsible for advising C-level executives of global retailers on the value proposition of process improvements.  He also routinely counseled the Oracle executives on financial deal structuring for cloud solutions.  

Raj prides himself on being a community volunteer.  He volunteers at and participates in community events.  He is a class 37 graduate of the Plano Leadership Program.  

Raj has a Ph.D. from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.  

Raj lives in Plano with his wife and two kids.  He likes to play golf and has run a couple of marathons and a few half marathons.
